performance art: control
so basically, i took a song and i changed it so in the song there were commands like volume up/down, pitch up/down, fast forward, pause, mute, etc. so i started by me pushing play and then the remote started telling me what to do instead. unfortunately, the commands were a little too quiet so i don't know if everyone caught on to that.. but here's my pictures

your performance made me download the john mayer album... i really liked your piece you're a great dancer
ReplyDeleteYour dancing was great, I was interested by the music you choose it incorporated well into your dance and the space you picked as a whole. The entire compositional space and piece was really interesting. Nice work.
ReplyDeleteI really liked your choice in music and how you actually held the remote and incorporated it into your dance. Although the music was a little soft, I got the whole command idea and liked how well you reacted. Great job!
ReplyDeleteI really liked your piece! Controlling the volume and adding in the remixes, it was fantastic! You have an awesome dancing ability, might as well use it to make art right? Good Job.
